I wake up at about 7:50 AM and my ride shows up at 8:10 AM. This obviously doesn't allow me much time to get ready in the morning. It seems like the logical solution would be going to sleep earlier, yet 12:30 is my fixed bedtime. No matter how hard I try, my eyes are not at rest until then. This is why I've invented the LEAP-HOUR. Like it's cousin, the leap-year, the leap-hour helps me catch up on sleep. As the leap-year is called into play to match the date to the season, the leap-hour is used for those short nights that need to be longer. In a very serious situation, a dual leap-hour may be necessary.
