Now that I'm a netech at SJVC, I get a lot of seriously funny tech support calls in our office. I don't want to name my boss so I'll use 'Frank' in his place.

Lady: Frank, is there a problem with PowerPoint?

The ironic thing is that she thinks we would know if there's a problem with an Application on her office computer. So we usually respond with something like, "Yes, there's a BIG problem. What'd you do?!?"

HAHA... This job sure can be fun sometimes. It's even better when someone calls and goes:

Lady: Ummm... Frank? Can you reset Google?

When all that really needs to happen is a firewall reboot. HAHAHAHA. I love it!
