It's hard for me to believe that people avoided the film and decided that they couldn't sit and watch a portrayal of what Jesus endured for our sins. No one was asking them to be tortured, whipped and hung up on a cross. Just to visually and audibly experience what Jesus did for us. I'm not calling them panzies or wusses, just ungrateful. Everyone I've talked to has said that the movie has given them a better understanding of what Jesus did for us. If they want to boldly push that away, I think they should have a reality check with the Lord.
